Commission Info + TOS
Please read the Terms of Service before commissioning me.To get a commission, follow the link underneath TOS to my Artistree page. You don't need an account for this, and it ensures nobody is scammed + I get the full amount!
Terms of Service
By commissioning me you agree to the following terms:
• I have the right to reject your commission for no given reason/explanation.• You must be 13 years of age or older to commission me.• Commissions are SFW only.• When sending a reference sheet, be sure it is SFW.• Commissions will be done within a week to 3 months depending on my queue, IRL schedule and the state of my mental health. It is okay to check in, but please be patient with me!• If your commission is going to take longer than the estimated time provided, I will inform you.
Rights of Usage:
• I retain all the rights to my work.• I am allowed to use the commission for my portfolio/as a commission example/to post it online unless asked to keep it private.• You may use your commission however you like, but if you post the commission you have received anywhere online you MUST credit me. You are not allowed to remove my watermark(s) from the received product and/or claim it as your own work.• You are not allowed to use the commission for commercial use/edit/reselling. All of my commissions are for personal use ONLY. If you want to hire me for a commercial project (ie. merchandise, art covers for videos, etc.), feel free to ask.• Nothing made by me may be used in any AI and/or blockchain-related technology, which includes (but is not limited to) NFTs, cryptocurrency, generative AI data training/purposes, etc.
Payment:
• I only accept payment through Artistree– an account is not needed for this.• Payments must be sent in EUR/GBP/USD (subject to change).• Full refunds are available only if no progress on the commission has begun. Refunds will not be accepted once I have begun the sketching phase, unless stated otherwise.

- Simple mecha / robot designs
WILL NOT Draw
- Extremely detailed character designs (currently practicing!)
- Complex mecha / robot designs (currently practicing!)
- Political art
- Art that's to be used for hate, harassment, encouraging violent acts and the like
- Adult content such as pornography, fetish art and extreme gore
- Pedophilia, zoophilia, necrophilia, loli/shota, etc.
